PDF-417 is a two-dimensional barcode which can store up to about 1,800 printable ASCII characters or 1,100 binary characters per symbol. The PDF417 Encoder SDK Static Library was designed to be a file that contains functions, classes, or resources that an external program can use to complement its functionality. To use a library, the programmer has to create a link to it. The project can be a console application, a Win32 or a VCL application. The library file has the lib extension.
